Intelligent Delivery Order OCR & LLM Pipeline

Problem

Manufacturing clients manually created Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Purchase Invoices (PI) from inbound delivery documents — slow and error-prone.

What I built

A fully automated inbound delivery data-extraction pipeline: Telegram intake, Dify for OCR/LLM processing, and Activepieces for real-time API synchronization with core SQL Accounting software.

Result

Reached 95% data-extraction accuracy on highly complex PDFs and removed manual GRN/PI creation entirely.
